Our Global Reach and Impact

Over the years, we have expanded our reach, providing empowerment and development opportunities to youth across Africa and globally. Through KFSD, we have organized numerous programs and positively impacted over 16,000 lives in more than 30 countries across six continents. Our initiatives are driven by a commitment to equipping young people with the skills and tools they need to thrive in a changing world.

STEM Program for Secondary Schools

The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) program is tailored for secondary school students in Nigeria, specifically those aged 13 to 18 (JSS3 to SSS3). This program aims to spark curiosity and ignite interest in STEM careers, particularly within the construction industry.
Since 2016, KFSD has empowered 213 students from 32 secondary schools across Nigeria through engaging and hands-on STEM experiences that lay the foundation for a better, more innovative Nigeria.

Graduate Entrepreneurial Scheme (GES)

GES is a strategic mentoring program designed for recent graduates with entrepreneurial aspirations in the construction sector. It combines business training and industry exposure to foster ethical and sustainable entrepreneurship.
So far, 38 graduates have been fully sponsored to undergo intensive one-week entrepreneurship training at the Lagos Business School, with 11 participants selected for a 9-month internship at Construction Kaiser Ltd. and M&E Kaiser Ltd., gaining practical experience in building businesses across the construction value chain.

Soft Skills & Scholarship Programs

Our annual Soft Skills Training program focuses on developing essential workplace competencies such as communication, presentation, and leadership. Initially launched in 2018 for final-year engineering students at the University of Lagos, it evolved into a global virtual platform during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The program has since trained participants from 33 countries, helping many secure internships and full-time roles in top organizations.
In addition, our Scholarship Program currently supports 5 beneficiaries, offering not just financial aid but also internship placements at our parent companies—helping them build technical and leadership skills that shape them into future changemakers.
